Congressman Thompson launches new website

Congressman Mike Thompson has launched a new website that he said will make it easier to find information and interact with him and his office. The new site includes improvements to information about constituent services, information about visiting Washington DC, and updated press releases and news articles.
It also features substantial updates on legislative issues facing the First District of California, which includes Sonoma, and information on how to find help working with federal agencies.

The address for the website will remain the same: mikethompson.house.gov.

“This new website will allow the residents of the First District to more easily find the information they need to resolve issues with federal agencies, find my views on specific issues and to let me know your thoughts,” Thompson said. “It also includes a poll that will be updated regularly, so that I can get instant feedback on important issues.”

The site also has a Google map with information about Recovery funds in the local district, as well as tour request forms and links to other government sites and resources.
