April showers?

A geyser erupts Monday at Spain Street and Fifth Street West after a fire hydrant was sheared off by an errant vehicle. A Sonoma woman, 54, ran the stop sign and crashed into the hydrant while going about 25 miles an hour, police said. Her car then struck another vehicle before coming to a stop at about 1:15 p.m. The water eruption was turned off within the hour.
