For the 8th annual Christmas Bird Count for Kids, Sunday, January 12, experienced birders will lead small teams of youngsters on 90-minute birding routes following an introductory “Binocular Boot Camp.” The objective: inspire birders and conservationists of the future, while encouraging families to enjoy and respect nature together.
