Eclectic? Music virtuoso John Jorgenson is a human mashup, having collaborated with the varied likes of Elton John, Luciano Pavarotti, Sting and Bob Dylan. He’s fronted a country rock band (The Desert Rose Band), a ripping rock band (The Hellecasters), plays flawless bluegrass mandolin and is a pioneer of American gypsy jazz guitar.

On Saturday, January 25, he brings his quintet to Andrews Hall for a 7:30 p.m. show. $20-$50. 276 E. Napa St. 938.4626.
