Chowder champs

Sonoma’s Pam Bellefeuille and her team of “Whistling Belles” tied for first place at the 12th Annual Whale & Jazz Festival’s Chowder Challenge at the Gualala Arts Center.
Over 200 hundred people tasted 10 chowders and voted for their favorite at the April 12 event. Creating a recipe for the Traditional New England Style category were, back row, Karen Tracy, Corky Crosedan, Nancy Niswick and Cheryl Sweeney.
