Wiley’s new works

An Abstraction with Punch
“Wall and Ardor: William T. Wiley in the 21st Century,” opening May 10 at the Sonoma Valley Museum of Art, features the artist’s recent political and abstract paintings, sculpture and works on paper.

A replica of one Wiley’s studio walls will be installed as part of the exhibition, with drawings, watercolors, notes and sketches. At 3 p.m., the curators lead a conversation with the artist. Show runs through July 27. Gallery open Sunday-Wednesday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. 551 Broadway.
