Second chance grill

Stuart Sager, center, of Outdora, the Sonoma retailer of barbecues and grills, wants to find homes for the refurbished grills that his team — Dianne Dutson, Kari Joly Estill, Joseph Milson and David Birge — has made available to nonprofit groups and deserving individuals in the Sonoma Valley.

Each used grill comes from customers that asked Outdor to take it to the dump; instead, the company fixes them up with new parts and a thorough cleaning. “The grills are all repaired and ready to go,” said Sager, who will donate the barbecues based on informal requests via email.
