Market fee should apply equally

Why are some events paying more than others? Who decides the cost? If I was to rent the Moose Lodge for a birthday party vs. a fundraiser for a friend, the cost is the same. The same maintenance & cleanup is required regardless of what its being rented for. If its being offered at a flat fee then each event budgets for what they can afford. If farmers market only has so much in its budget for rent, then maybe they need to have fewer markets per month. Every other week could be more affordable & make it more special to visit. Make it fair for everyone to enjoy.
