The Valley of the Moon Vintage Festival is seeking members of the Sonoma Valley community who are interested in applying to serve on the all volunteer Vintage Festival board for festival year 2009. The Valley of the Moon Vintage Festival was established to:
• Recall the colorful history of Sonoma.
• Encourage preservation of the historical heritage of the Sonoma Valley.
• Promote public awareness of wine making.
• Demonstrate the excellence of Sonoma Valley wines.
• Provide a fundraising avenue for non-profit organizations based in the Sonoma Valley.
