Still all hopped up on patriotism, hot dogs and firework fumes? The all-American musical Yankee Doodle Dandy, from 1942, stars James Cagney as Broadway composer and showman George M. Cohan.
The title tune, plus Grand Old Flag and more, will renew your craving for apple pie.
