Lockton Insurance Brokers has opened its new Sonoma office, at 635 Broadway. The move to a larger, permanent space signals its growing presence in Sonoma and the broader North San Francisco Bay Area, according to Tim Noonan, president and CEO of Lockton Pacific Series.

“We are thrilled to expand our presence and plant our flag in the North Bay business community,” said Noonan at a ribbon cutting hosted by the Sonoma Chamber of Commerce.

Lockton is a global professional services firm. For 10 consecutive years, Business Insurance magazine has recognized it as a “Best Place to Work in Insurance.”

Its Sonoma team is led by Senior Vice President Chris Reiter. Reiter, who focuses on the viticulture sector, joined Lockton with a team of four associates in 2018. Since then, the Sonoma staff has nearly doubled.

“Businesses in and around the Wine Country, want to work with professionals that also live and work in the community,” says Reiter. “Our new local office will provide current and prospective clients greater access to Lockton’s global resources as well as local expertise by a team of professionals who have a long standing in the community.”

Steve Dodge, vice president and managing consultant, is a Sonoma resident who works with the employee benefits service team. Vice president/consultants Lisa Galligan and Erin Brennan, along with consultants Cheryl Heller and Mario Murillo, specialize in advising large group employers. Mary Pennington is a small group expert. All are supported by specialist Kirsten Fornes.

The new office, in Suite 100, can be reached at: 707.931.2760.
