Free COVID-19 testing is now available at two Sonoma Valley sites, Sonoma Valley Hospital and Altamira Middle School, each offering a drive-through facility to all adults that live or work in Sonoma Valley.

Drive-through testing is offered at Sonoma Valley Hospital, 347 Andrieux St., from 2:30 to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday, and 1:30 to 3:30 pm on Saturday. Testing at Altamira Middle School, 17805 Arnold Drive, will be held on Saturdays only, from 10 am to noon.

The program is a collaborative effort with Sonoma County Department of Health Services, Supervisor Gorin’s Office, and Sonoma Valley Community Health Center.

SVCHC staff will be testing anyone, 2 years of age or older, symptomatic or not. No insurance is necessary. State issued picture IDS are helpful, but not required.

For info call 707.935.8005 or click here. No appointment necessary. There is no charge to be tested.

“Testing is vital for containing this virus, and it is crucial to expand testing within our Latinx community,” Gorin said. “I hope that our residents take advantage of the opportunity.”
