FULL – Vaccine clinics announced for Sonoma, April 6-7

COVID-19 vaccine clinic sign-ups are now open for April 6 and 7 at Sonoma Valley Veteran’s Memorial Building in Sonoma.  Sonoma Valley Community Health Center (SVCHC) in collaboration with the County of Sonoma Department of Health Services, will be managing the site at 126 1st Street West.
The shots are free and by appointment only. Eligible are:
-Persons 50 and older
Phase 1(a) – All Tiers (1, 2, 3)
-Sonoma County Healthcare workers with proof of workplace eligibility.
Phase 1(b) – Tier 1
-Education and childcare – Visit SCOE (https://www.scoe.org/) for priority groups.
-Agriculture and food manufacturing workers
-Emergency services
-Grocery and restaurant workers
-Transportation and logistics
-AND Individuals aged 16-50 at the highest risk from COVID-19 as a result of one or more severe health conditions, and individuals in specified settings are eligible to be vaccinated due to increased risk, as detailed by the California Department of Public Health
