Sonoma, plan before you annex

I am writing express my opposition to the potential annexation by  Sonoma of six current County plots in and around the City of Sonoma. 

I am a member of the CAPS group ( Community Alliance for Planning  Sonoma) whose mission is to focus on sound planning city-wide with emphasis on affordability, fire and water issues and environmental  concerns. 

We have said time and time again, one size does not fit all in  California communities. 

Please take into consideration your power to control development in  our town. Consider annexation ONLY when you have a specific proposal before you for each plot being considered.
