After the fire

Posted on March 29, 2011 by Sonoma Valley Sun

Clean up is underway at a home gutted by a Saturday night fire that caused an estimated $100,000 damage at 18769 Park Tree Lane.

The blaze was reported about 6:30 p.m. on March 27 as it spread from the rear into the attic of the two-story structure. One person, a neighbor, was treated for smoke inhalation. Firefighters from several Valley stations responded to the two-alarm call, which took about four hours to put out.

Crews were able to stop the fire from leaping to another home at the rear of the property, which did sustain some exterior damage from the flames.
