Editor: I am very disappointed with my recent adoption of two kittens from Pets Lifeline. The kitties are awesome but I am disappointed in the staff. They were rude and not informative about the cats or dogs.
The way the economy is, you would think that the staff would try to help people who want to adopt an animal. They are always complaining that they have too many animals. People can’t afford them so you think they could do something to help. I adopted a cat nine years ago and it was definitely a different and better experience. My cat died in September. We wanted to get a new kitten but couldn’t afford it. I was telling a special customer of mine my story and she came by the next day with a check to go adopt two kittens (not cheap). She also gave me a letter to give to Pets Lifeline, which was never acknowledged by them.
I know several people locally who have been through the same thing. No one should be treated that way.
