In the Springs, the bright colors and vivid designs of artist Rico Martin came first, on the facades of several businesses, along with a bit of controversy. Now comes the chicken, Martin’s metal sculpture, complete with moving wing, in front of El Brinquito. The work is the last of Martin’s improvement projects funded by the county.
