An evening of the history of the Zen movement in America, Thursday, April 26. Janica Anderson and Steven Schwartz discuss their book, “Zen Oddsey the story of Sokei-An and Ruth Fuller Saski’s journey that shaped American Zen. Also, Ann Watts, daughter of Alan Watts, will presents “The Collected Letters of Alan Watts,” which follows the philosopher’s life from his school days, priesthood in the Anglican Church, to his alternative lifestyle of the late sixties.
