At his French Laundry restaurant in Yountville, Chef Thomas Keller and his culinary team create intricate, effort-intense meals that make the $300 meal seem like a good deal. Now, Keller is one of the high-profile investors in a chain of restaurants that will be far easier to staff — all the cooks are robots.
