What’s up with… Fifth Street West and MacArthur?

The long-lonely structure at Sonoma’s 19910 Fifth Street, at the corner of MacArthur, will make way for 15 condominium residential units under a plan by DeNova homes.
The Hummingbird Cottages development would see three duplex units and nine detached units arrayed on the 1.5-acre lot. The initial application is under City review.
