Final weekend for ‘Master Class’

Actress Libby Oberlin is Maria Callas in Master Class, a Sonoma Arts Live production at Andrews Hall. Playwright Terrence McNally based the work on actual classes that opera legend Callas, past her performing prime but still in prime Diva mode, gave at the Juilliard School in 1971.
Robbie Dornaus, Emily Evans, and Morgan Harrington (above, with Oberlin) portray the students. Directed by Carl Jordan, the show runs through February 27 at the Sonoma Community Center, 276 E. Napa St. Sonomaartslive.org.
