It’s in the bags

Donations for the annual Tailwags and Handbags luncheon, a fundraiser for Pets Lifeline, are welcomed by Lynne Strohm, a.k.a. The Purse Princess, and PLL’s Nancy King. (As Beth the cat looks on.) The collection of new and gently used designer purses, scarves, and other elegant accessories, is on through April 1; the event, at Buena Vista Winery, is April 29.
Items can be dropped off at Pets Lifeline on Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday between 2 and 5 pm. “Wonderful items have been trickling into the collection site,” King says. “I can’t wait to see all the wonders as they arrive.” Pets Lifeline is located at 19686 Eighth St. E.
