Silky and swinging, the New Orleans-born, Oakland-based singer snagged a Grammy nomination in 2021 for Best Jazz Vocal Album. His 37-years-in-the-business resume includes multiple appearances with Wynton Marsalis and The Jazz At Lincoln Center Orchestra, tour dates and a record session with vibraphonist, and international dates with the U.S. Navy Band.
