Sonoma Valley Back to School Health Fair 

Sonoma Valley Community Health Center hosts its 8th annual Sonoma Valley Back to School Health Fair on Saturday, August 5, 10 am to 1 pm at Altimira Middle School.

The goal is to provide preschool through 12th students, parents, and the community a healthy and prepared start to the new school year. There will be a variety of health services, informational booths, and interactive activities. 

The event is bilingual and is open to all Sonoma Valley students. 

The fair is presented in partnership with 4Cs Sonoma County, Dragones Latinx, FISH of Sonoma Valley, Hanna Center, La Luz Center, RISK Sonoma, Rotary Club of Sonoma Springs, Sonoma Valley Education Foundation, Sonoma Valley Hospital, Sonoma Valley Mentoring Alliance and Sonoma Valley Unified School District. Completion of an informational booth passport and the presence of the students are required in order to receive a backpack with school supplies. 

The TDAP vaccine will be for those entering 7th grade. No appointments are necessary. A parent must be present to sign the consent forms for all screenings and vaccines.
