Hospital CEO offered contract extension
Board president Dick Kirk announced last week that the hospital board had voted unanimously to offer Chief Executive Officer Carl Gerlach a two-year extension of his contract. No increase in compensation was offered, but Gerlach would no longer be the “interim” head of the community hospital.
