Locals passes to 2009 Film Festival on sale now

Local residents can now buy passes to the 2009 Sonoma Valley Film Festival at a 50 percent discount. Regular passes to the April 1-5 event cost $250, but the first 250 people who request these passes will pay only $125, which also  includes a basic Film Sonoma Membership.
“Film Sonoma is our new year-round cinema series program,” said executive director Louisa Percudani. ”The monthly Second Tuesday Cinema Series gives people the opportunity to see a preview of the type of films we’ll be showcasing at the festival.”
The Tuesday events at the Sonoma Community Center will also feature wine tasting, discount opportunities at Plaza area restaurants and a chance to ask questions of someone involved in the making of the film.
