Carol Joyce Freeman-Reynolds, Dec. 21, 1948 – Jan. 31, 2009. Her devoted family was by her side. Carol was born and raised in Buffalo, N.Y. She was the daughter of Bernice and Keith Freeman. She spent many years in San Francisco until she moved to Sonoma in 1981 to raise her children.
Carol loved Disneyland, “The Phantom of the Opera,” the scent of tea rose and the fall colors in Sonoma. Carol had a wonderful sense of humor and a beautiful smile.
Carol is survived by her adored children, Christopher and Danielle; her beloved mother Bunny; brother Richard; nephews Sam and Max. She is also survived by many friends who she considered family. There are no words to describe how dearly she will be missed.
Memorial services will be held at Sonoma United Methodist Church, 109 Patten St., on Saturday, Feb. 7 at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, we ask you to support the wonderful people of Hospice by the Bay, 190 W. Napa St.
