Barbara Minter

Barbara Minter passed away quietly in her home on March 30, 2009. She was 74.
Born Barbara Vierra, in Westwood, California on July 6, 1934, she moved to Sonoma with her parents, Ruben and Helen Vierra, in 1941 when she was 7.
She attended the old Sonoma Grammar School and graduated from Sonoma Valley High School in 1952. Barbara worked as a Psych. Tech. at the Sonoma Developmental Center for 25 years, retiring in 1995.
Barbara is survived by her children, LoAnna Willis, Charlotte Minter, Roberta Kirk and Steven Minter; she is also survived by her loving grandchildren, Jason, Christopher and Stephanie Willis, Brandon Minter, Wesley and Anthony Kirk; and one great grandchild.
Barbara will be missed by her many friends and family. Private Services and Inurnment.
