Complete with sweet smiles, tanned skin and mosquito bites, most of the Valley’s children returned to school over the course of the past two weeks. Some had missing teeth. Some accompanied younger siblings, new to the school experience. Almost all had fun summer memories to divulge. The flurry of activity continues through Labor Day as St. Francis Solano, Crescent Montessori and other Valley schools continue to throw open the doors, welcoming old and new students, teachers, principals and administrators.
