Buy the bowl and the chili is free at the third annual “Chili Bowl Express,” Friday, March 25 at the Sonoma Community Center. Forrest Lesch-Middelton, director of the center’s ceramics program, oversaw the creation of 160 unique bowls for the 5 p.m. dinner. After choosing one to keep, guests proceed to the Rotary Kitchen for a choice of vegetarian or three-meat chili, both made by Sonoma chef Rob Larman. Tickets are $20 for the bowl, all-you-can-eat chili and live music with the Cadillac Converters. All ages welcome. For tickets call 938.4626 x1 or stop by the center at 276 E. Napa St.
