Four years ago, one of our sons risked his own money to start a new business from scratch. Today, that business employs 16 people full time and is still growing at double digits. Government’s only role has been to impose regulations and collect taxes.
Yes, his business does use roads and other infrastructure—built by income taxes. And he pays not only his own share, but also the share of the many who pay no income taxes.
Waging class warfare against the most productive segment of our society can only make us all poorer.
