Six weeks of nighttime road repair planned for Highway 121

On Sunday night, September 13, Caltrans will begin a roadway repair project on State Route (SR) 121, beginning at the SR 37 junction and continuing to State Route 12. During this work there will be one-way traffic control with flaggers and a pilot car, Sunday night through Thursday night, from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.
This work will continue through the end of October while the contractor repairs portions of the roadway, removes old pavement, and repaves. Construction activities will be completed at night, and residents may experience increased noise as the contractor works through the area.

Does anyone know when Caltrans will be painting/striping the new roadways? It’s so dangerous at night especially when blinded by oncoming headlights. Thanks!
