Drawing the ‘Grape Gatsby’

The 119th Sonoma Valley of the Moon Vintage Festival is looking for an artist to design the official 2016 event poster. The winning poster, perhaps inspired by the theme “Grape Gatsby,” will be hand painted, in acrylic, oils, watercolor or any other non-electronic media. Examples of previous posters, including the first, from 1988, are below.
The winner will receive $500, and VIP treatment at the Festival Parade. With a guest, the winning artist will ride in an open top vehicle (offered by Sonoma Chevrolet) around Sonoma Plaza, to much and loud acclaim. The deadline is May 15.
