‘Wheels’ program keeps turning

What are they doing to help?” The deadline for stories is July 15, with the winner announced at a public event on July 30 at 10 a.m. Handing over the keys to the grateful recipient is a wonderful feeling, DiGiulio said. “It’s hard to explain that moment, especially when it’s changing somebody’s life.”
