Ingredients
Juice from one lime
Angostura bitters
Pasote Reposado tequila (see accompanying article)
Ginger beer
Ice
A fancy copper mug for serving (or any old glass will do)
Directions
Pour lime juice and 2 shakes of Angostura bitters into the glass
Mix in 2 oz. of Pasote Reposado
Add in a few ice cubes (leave room for ginger beer)
