The sauce remains the same

It’s a new look for Mary’s Pizza Shack, the third generation family-owned business founded in 1959 by Mary Fazio. At the original location at 18636 Sonoma Highway, Joel Butz, Jasmine Cooley, and Amber Sanfilippo show off menus with the new logo.

“We have been using the same menu design since the mid 1990s,” said CEO Vince Albano, Mary Fazio’s grandson, “and realized in order to better showcase our recipes which are made from scratch daily and all of the items available, that a refresh was necessary.”

Featuring a nostalgic photo on each cover, the menu incorporates illustrations and elements taken from the original Shack’s décor and signage. New menu items have debuted as well, including seasonal combinations such as Burrata & Arugula, a BBQ Bacon Burger, Eggplant Fritti and Shrimp & Zucchini Noodles, and some lower carb options.

The traditional favorites remain. Says Albano, “Making homemade comfort food never is out of season.”
