Senior housing complex opens in the Springs

The Siesta Senior Apartments complex has officially opened at 171 Siesta Way (just north of the Fiesta shopping center) in Boyes Hot Springs. Developed by Milestone Housing Group, the 2.3 -acre Affordable Housing project offers 92 one-bedroom units priced at $708 to $1,416 per month, depending on income restrictions.
Cost of the project, according to Milestone CFO Marcus Griffin (above, at the 10/19 ribbon cutting), was $35 million.
