What is Happening at Sausage Emporium?

Sausage Emporium’s Miranda Ives teased us with an announcement of something new in the works, and now that we know what.
A new restaurant by the same owners, Mozaik, will take its place. Ives explains, “Mozaik will be more than just a restaurant; it’s a communal space where food enthusiasts can delve into and enjoy the diverse flavors of the world. Global dishes, sourced locally. Our menu is designed to cater to all tastes.”
Mozaik will be open Thursdays through Mondays at 31 E Napa St, Sonoma. Lunch will be available from 11am to 3pm, with brunch exclusively on weekends from 10am to 3pm. Social hours are from 3pm to 5pm, followed by supper service from 5pm to 9pm. Opening date is TBD, “but it is weeks, not months.”
