Tickets are selling fast locally and across the nation for the upcoming Sonoma Valley Film Festival, with word spreading about the feast of films and events that will transform Sonoma Plaza into a buzzing “Festival Village” this April 9 through 13.
As more than 200 filmmakers and stars come to the town to celebrate with locals, the 11th annual Festival will present more than 75 films from around the world.
Premieres include work by Michael Keaton, Bette Midler, Alan Alda, David Lynch, Helen Hunt, Matthew Broderick, Gwyneth Paltrow, Brittany Murphy, Bruce Dern, Martin Sheen, Virginia Madsen, Orlando Bloom, Colin Firth, Matthew Modine, Joe Mantegna, Blake Lively, John Ratzenberger, Malcolm MacDowell, Winona Ryder, and many more stars and breakthrough talents.
Thursday, April 10 sees the Opening Night Gala at the Jacuzzi Family Winery, 24724 Arnold Dr., Sonoma. Attendees can enjoy cuisine from acclaimed celebrity chefs, fine wines, casual mingling with filmmakers and celebrities and dancing into the night. Limited tickets for the gala are still on sale for only $100.
The festival offers ticket options for every taste and budget, from $10 tickets to individual movies and $60 all-day passes, to all-week festival and VIP Passes.
