Departing Sonoma Valley Museum of Art executive director Lia Transue ended her ten-year tenure on Jan. 8. Transue’s contributions were acknowledged at a bash the night before with a bevy of friends and fellow art lovers at the museum. The mood was ebullient as the community came together to honor Transue, who brought her own style, charm and inimitable taste to the valley’s art scene.
