Showcasing twelve of Sonoma’s finest chefs and wines, the “Feast of the Olive Dinner” was held at Ramekins Culinary School on Saturday, Jan. 24 as part of the eighth annual Sonoma Valley Olive Festival. The dinner was comprised of six olive-inspired courses, created by notable local chefs Steve Valadez of Ramekin’s, Manuel Azevedo of LaSalette, Chris Jones of The Girl & the Fig, Carlo Cavallo of Meritage, Justin Everett of El Dorado Kitchen, John Toulze of Estate, John McReynolds of Stone Edge, Janine Falvo of Carneros Bistro, Norman Owens of Café La Haye, Gary Edwards of Sonoma Valley Olive Oil Company, Bruno Tison of Santé and Jen Demarest of Harvest Moon Café.
