Bucky is a nine-month-old male American pit bull terrier mix who is happy and silly. He is an outgoing, energetic adolescent clown in a dog suit. He came to Pets Lifeline as a stray, so little is known about his previous life except the glaring fact that he received very little training. The good news is he is already learning to sit, to wait at doors, to walk politely on a leash and greet people with four paws on the floor. He should attend a training class with his new guardian to fine-tune these new skills. With daily exercise (an hour or more every day) he will be a wonderful family companion. Bucky is friendly but pushy with other dogs and is respectful of cats.
