KSVY 91.3 Sonoma’s new program, “The Resource Network,” airs Wednesdays from 2 to 3 p.m., giving listeners the opportunity to hear four local professionals covering topics of real estate, finance, planning, insurance and legal issues.
The program is hosted by Steve Bossio, a financial planner with Magnum Financial; Ron Pfleger, a real estate broker and mortgage broker with First Security Loan; Valerie Pistole, an attorney and partner in the law firm of Walter and Pistole; and Linda Huddleston, an insurance broker with Unique Insurance.
Pfleger and Bossio are KSVY veterans. “Steve and I both enjoyed the opportunity to host a show on KSVY, but due to scheduling conflicts, we were unable to commit to hosting a show each week,” said Pfleger. “But the new format allows us to combine our shows with related useful information from other experts to provide listeners with a lot of great information each week.”
Ron Pfleger is a licensed real estate broker with more than 20 years of experience in real estate and finance. He has an MBA in finance and marketing and has taught real estate courses and written many articles. Pfleger works with home buyers, investors and developers and is committed to ensuring his clients have a thorough understanding of the terms and contracts involved in buying, selling or financing real estate.
Valerie Pistole is a business law attorney with the firm of Walter and Pistole. She has a masters degree in taxation in addition to her legal education. Her firm has represented individuals as well as small and medium-sized businesses for more than 30 years in all phases of development – from exploring initial business options to adding more partners or shareholders as the business grows to developing an exit strategy.
Linda Huddleston is a certified insurance counselor and specializes in both business and personal insurance. She grew up in Sonoma and considers it a privilege to serve the residents of the valley where she was raised.
Steve Bossio is a registered representative and licensed insurance agent. He works with businesses, individuals and families in creating long-term sustainable wealth strategies. He has published numerous articles, held seminars and hosted a radio show.
The hosts hope to educate listeners and help give them the tools they need to make the right decisions given today’s tough economic conditions. They welcome questions and topic suggestions from listeners and can be reached at TheResourceNetwork@gmail.com.
