Chef Annie’s report:
“In the Farmstand we will have: Little Gem lettuce, salad mix, arugula, kale, rainbow chard, Italian dandelion greens, beets & greens (red, chioggia, golden), French Breakfast radishes, uncured fresh onions, purslane, nettles, fresh herbs (basil, thyme, oregano, lemon verbena), pineapple sage, edible flowers, microgreens, peashoots and strawberries. This is also the last week of fava beans. However, it’s the FIRST WEEK of spring potatoes, sugar snap peas and summer squash! For your snacking needs, the Flatbed Juicery/Bakery will have Green Juice, Vanilla Cashew Mylk and Honey Almond Mylk. Plus we’ve got a new batch of Apricot Mini Loaves, Carrot Muffins, Kale Cheddar Scones and Lavender Cookies. All pastries, juices and mylks are gluten free.
