The Sonoma City Council is taking a summer recess. Meetings that would have been held on Wednesday, Aug. 1 and Wednesday, Aug. 15 have been cancelled. A special meeting will be held at 5 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 20 to discuss the funding-allocation process for non-profit organizations.
