WillMar Center for Bereaved Children netted nearly $7,400 from the four-day Italian designers trunk show of fine Florentine leather and jewelry held in early February at Jacuzzi Family Vineyards.
“We are so pleased to have been selected as the beneficiary of this event,” said Tim Boeve, executive director of WillMar Center. “There are so many worthy causes in our Valley and it means a lot to our board, staff and volunteers to have this kind of support from local leaders in the wine and food industry and from these gifted, generous artisans.”
Jacuzzi owner Nancy Cline said, “The event was made up of so many special people – a wonderful group of passionate vendors and a fabulous group of willing, supportive buyers, and the kids that WillMar helps were out full force in all our hearts. Thank you to each and every person who participated in this wonderful four-day event.”
WillMar Center provides services to grieving children and teenagers in the Sonoma Valley and surrounding communities including those living with a loved one who has a life-changing illness. For more information, visit WillMar’s website at www.willmarcenter.org.
