Vintage Wine Tours of Sonoma receives safety award
Lancer Insurance Company has awarded Vintage Wine Tours of Sonoma its prestigious Gold Safety Award. The award recognizes the safety excellence of Vintage Wine Tours of Sonoma for the 2007 policy year.
Lancer, a provider of liability and physical damage insurance coverage to passenger transportation companies, instituted its Gold Safety Award program more than 15 years ago to recognize companies that clearly demonstrate the highest commitment to the safety of their customers and employees, a commitment that is manifested in a superior claims record.
“We’re extremely pleased to recognize these exemplary companies,” said Lancer vice president and director of safety and loss prevention Bob Crescenzo. “We believe that it is very important that recipient companies’ management, drivers, mechanics and support staff be publicly acknowledged for performing their critical jobs at a level that not only meets, but often exceeds, industry standards.”
