The Sonoma Valley Economic Development Partnership and the Small Business Development Center are sponsoring a workshop to help small business owners boost their customer service skills. “Captivate Your Customer: Survival Skills for Independent Retailers,” will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 4, from 8:15 to 10:15 a.m. in the Fire Station Meeting Room at 630 Second St. W. The interactive workshop will explore the five proven dimensions of customer service, how to think like your customers and the seven factors that will create zealots for your business.
