Grant Raeside, executive director of the Sonoma Valley Vintners and Growers Alliance presents a check to Kathy Swett, executive director of the Sonoma Community Center. The check, in the amount of $120,775, was presented to the SCC – the Harvest Wine Auction’s Fund-A-Need beneficiary – and will be put to good use shoring up the aging building. The 17th annual Wine Country Weekend, which culminated in the Harvest Wine Auction held Sunday, September 6 at Cline Cellars, brought in more than $400,000 for local charities.
