Spring forward!

It might not feel quite like spring, and it will cost you an hour of sleep, but Daylight Savings Tine begins this weekend. Sunday morning, March 13, at 2 a.m. set your clocks ahead one hour, to 3 a.m.

More likely, wake up Sunday morning and wonder why the wall clock and your watch don’t match the time on your TV or cell phone. You may be late for your golf game, but at least it will stay light until about 7:15 in the evening. The days will get longer until June 21, the summer solstice, when the sun won’t set until about 8:45 p.m.

As for that missing hour of sleep, you’ll get that back on Nov. 6.
